烧汁肉片

材料:肉片

腌料:蚝油,酱油,胡椒粉,糖,一粒鸡蛋,黍粉。

酱料:一大匙辣椒酱,一大匙泰国辣椒酱,两大匙番茄酱,一大匙糖。

做法:

1)肉片用腌料拌匀。

2)用油煎肉片至金黄色,捞起。

3)煮滚酱料,加入肉片大火快速兜炒片刻至收汁就可以了。
