蒸苦瓜

材料:苦瓜切圈,肉碎,咸蛋一粒。

做法:

1)将肉碎用黍粉,酱油,麻油,胡椒粉和咸蛋白搅拌均匀。

2)将苦瓜里的籽用汤匙去掉,放入肉碎。

3)咸蛋黄切碎摆在苦瓜上,用大火蒸二十分钟至熟透。
