黄梨鸡

材料:鸡腿肉,黄梨。

汁料:两大匙泰国辣椒酱,一大匙番茄酱,一大匙辣椒酱,一小匙柠檬汁,一大匙糖和少许盐。

做法:

1)鸡腿肉切块用一粒鸡蛋,盐,糖,胡椒粉和黍粉腌。

2)将腌好的鸡肉沾上黍粉放入油中煎熟,捞起。

3)用少许油炒黄梨,放入汁料煮滚,加入鸡肉拌匀就可以了。
