丝瓜豆腐

材料:日本豆腐(切条),丝瓜切块,蒜头和姜碎。

做法:

1)将豆腐用油煎至金黄色,捞起。

2)炒香蒜头和姜碎,下丝瓜炒。

3)加入少许的水焖煮至软。

4)用蚝油和一大匙绍兴酒调味。

5)用薯粉打芡后淋在豆腐上。
