炒包菜

材料:包菜切丝,红萝卜丝,香菇丝,虾米,肉碎,蒜头。

做法:

1)炒香蒜头,下虾米,香菇和肉碎炒香。

2)加入包菜丝和红萝卜丝炒匀。

3)加入适量的水焖煮至软。

4)放入蚝油和用薯粉打芡。
