姜茸滑鸡

材料:鸡。

姜茸酱:姜茸,青葱粒,一大匙蚝油,半大匙酱油,半大匙绍兴酒, 一大匙麻油。

做法:

1)煮滚水,把鸡放入煮十分钟,熄火,不要把盖打开,焖盖三十分钟。

2)把鸡肉切块,加入混合姜茸酱拌匀就可以了。
