月桂肉饼

材料:肉碎,蒜头,红萝卜碎,马蹄碎,一粒鸡蛋。

做法:

1)将全部材料加入盐,胡椒粉和麻油搅拌均匀,做成扁圆形。

2)大火蒸十五分钟至熟。

3)加入一大匙油,把肉饼煎成金黄色,盛起。

4)用两大匙酱油,三大匙水和半小匙糖煮滚淋在肉饼上。
