宫保虾姑

材料:虾姑肉,辣椒干,洋葱,青葱,蒜头,姜片。

做法:

1)虾姑肉沾上薯粉放入热油里炸熟,捞起沥干。

2)炒香蒜头,加入姜片,辣椒干和洋葱翻炒。

3)加入炸好的虾姑肉和青葱段。

4)放入适量的蚝油调味。
