炒面线

材料:厦门面线,豆芽,青葱,蒜头,肉碎,鸡蛋。

做法:

1)   面线用油炸至金黄色。

2)煮滚水,将炸过的面线汆烫过,捞起沥干。

3)炒香蒜头和肉碎,加入豆芽和面线炒匀。

4)加入鸡蛋和黑酱油,最后加入青葱段就可。

注:面线已经带咸,所以不必加入盐或蚝油。
