脆炸苏冬

材料:苏冬

脆酱料:2大匙面粉,2大匙黍粉,1/4小匙苏打粉,盐,1粒鸡蛋,1大匙食油,1大匙咖喱粉,2大匙水。

做法:

1)将脆酱料搅拌均匀,备用。

2) 苏冬洗净,切成圈,放入脆酱中,再放入热油里炸熟。
