蜜汁柠檬鸡

看到Doreen家的蜜汁柠檬排骨,让人口水直流,我买了鸡肉来代替排骨,结果儿子吃到津津有味。

材料:鸡肉切块,柠檬,蜜糖。

做法:

1)鸡肉用蚝油,酱油,麻油,绍兴酒,胡椒粉,一粒鸡蛋,糖及黍粉腌过。

2)用油把鸡肉炸熟,捞起。

3)将柠檬汁和蜜糖及适量的水煮滚,放入鸡肉拌匀就可以了。
