干煎辣味鱼

材料:鱼肉,姜丝,小葱头切丝。

腌料:盐,两大匙咖喱粉,一粒鸡蛋,两大匙黍粉。

做法:

1)把腌料涂在鱼肉上腌过,放入热油里煎熟。

2)炒香姜丝和小葱头丝,放在鱼上。
