香菇焖肉丸

材料:肉碎,沙葛(剁碎),半粒鸡蛋,黍粉,香菇,青葱,红萝卜,姜片,蒜头。

调味料:半大匙蚝油,半大匙酱油,一小匙糖,半小匙胡椒粉,半小匙麻油和一大匙绍兴酒。

做法:

1)肉碎,沙葛碎,半粒鸡蛋和黍粉加入少许盐,糖,胡椒粉和麻油拌匀,做成小肉丸,放入热油中炸熟至金黄色,捞起。

2)用油炒香姜片和蒜头,加入香菇,红萝卜炒香。

3)放入适量的水和调味料,用慢火焖煮,再加入肉丸焖煮。

4)加入青葱和用少许黍粉打芡就可。
