豆腐蒸鱼

材料:鱼, 水豆腐,蒜头,姜。

汁料:蚝油,麻油,酱油,胡椒粉,糖。

做法:

1)水豆腐切片铺在盘底,把鱼放在水豆腐上,大火蒸十分钟。

2)炒香蒜头和姜碎,放在蒸好的鱼上。

3)放入适量的水和调味料煮滚后淋在鱼上。
