猪脚醋

总算成功了,试煮了几次,不是太酸就是太咸,这次还有点像样的。。

材料:猪脚半只,黑米醋,酱油,姜一大块,小葱头,水煮蛋。

做法:

1)  猪脚用滚水汆烫,洗净。

2)姜拍扁,小葱头洗净(不必去皮),放入锅里用火烘烤一下。

3)将猪脚,姜和小葱头放入锅里,倒入黑米醋,适量的水和酱油,焖煮至猪脚够软就可以了。

4)将水煮蛋放入猪脚醋里至入味。
