香辣奶油鸡

 

材料:鸡肉,香茅(剁碎),咖喱叶,小辣椒,一大匙咖喱粉,一大匙白兰他,两大匙淡奶。

腌料:半个鸡蛋,半大匙蚝油,半大匙酱油,半小匙胡椒粉,半小匙麻油,一小匙糖,两大匙黍粉。

做法:

1)鸡肉剁块,加入腌料拌匀。

2)用油把鸡肉炸熟,捞起。

3)煮溶白兰他,加入香茅碎,咖喱叶,小辣椒和咖喱粉炒香。

4)加入淡奶及少许盐和糖调味。

5)将炸好的鸡肉块加入,大火兜炒就可以了。
