豆腐焖虾仁

 

材料:水豆腐,虾,红辣椒,青葱,蒜头,豆酱。

调味料:半大匙蚝油,一小匙酱油,半小匙胡椒粉,一小匙糖和一大匙绍兴酒。

做法:

1)把豆腐放入热油中炸至金黄色,捞起。

2)炒香蒜头和豆酱,加入虾仁兜炒。

3)加入适量的水,炸好的豆腐和调味料焖煮。

4)加入青葱和辣椒丝拌炒,用少许黍粉打芡就可以了。
