肉碎滑豆腐

材料:水豆腐,肉碎,蒜头,豆酱。

调味料:半大匙蚝油,一小匙酱油,一小匙糖,半小匙黑酱油,一大匙绍兴酒。

做法:

1)用油把水豆腐炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油。

2)用油炒香蒜头和豆酱,加入肉碎炒香。

3)加入适量的水和调味料煮滚,用黍粉打芡,淋在豆腐上。
