豆酱排骨

 

坐月时陪月的Aunty 煮的“肉肉”套餐之一,觉得很好吃,自己跟着Aunty的口述食谱来煮,还煮不出那味道来,而且还拍得“黑黑的”,还是得再试煮才可以。

材料:排骨,蒜头,小葱头,姜,豆酱,黑酱油。

做法:

1)将蒜头,小葱头和姜搅碎。

2)用油炒香(1),加入豆酱炒。

3)放入排骨,水和黑酱油。

4)焖至排骨熟透就可以了。
