卤三味

材料:鸡蛋,三层肉,水豆腐。

卤料:蒜头两大粒,桂皮,丁香,八角,茴香各一颗。

做法:

1)将三层肉用滚水汆烫洗净。

2)鸡蛋煮熟剥壳待用。

3)水豆腐用油煎过待用。

4)将卤料用适量的水煮滚后,放入黑酱油和蚝油调味。

5)放入三层肉下去滚之软。

6)再将煎好的水豆腐和鸡蛋放下去卤至入味就可以了。
