葱末豆腐

材料:水豆腐,虾米,小葱头。

做法

1)将豆腐用大火蒸八至十分钟。

2) 用油炒香小葱头和虾米,放在蒸好的豆腐上。

3)放入少许的水在锅里,加入蚝油和黑酱油调味,用粟粉打芡淋在豆腐上。
