芥兰鸡

很容易煮的一道菜,材料有芥兰菜,鸡腿肉,蒜头。

做法:

1)将水煮滚,放入鸡腿肉下去煮十分钟,熄火,不要将盖打开,让鸡肉焖至熟透,捞起放入冰水里浸一浸。

2)将芥兰菜放入滚水里烫熟,捞起铺在盘里,再将鸡腿肉放在菜上。

3)用少许油炒香蒜头,加些水和放入蚝油,用粟粉打芡淋在芥兰菜和鸡腿上就可以了。
