肉干

没想到还蛮像买的肉干呢。。蛮好吃。。下次可以做多一些。。

材料:肉碎两百五十克,鱼露一汤匙,酱油一汤匙, 绍兴酒一汤匙 ,黑酱油半汤匙, 糖六十克,五香粉和胡椒粉适量。

做法:

1)将全部材料用同一个方向搅拌至黏稠。

2)将肉团放在保鲜膜上,杆平。

3)放入肉片在烘炉里用130度烘十分钟,反过来用150度烘十五分钟
