苹果三杯鸡

这是在小小米桶那偷师而来的,但是我没有放辣椒。。

材料:鸡肉切块,青苹果一个,姜片,蒜头去皮。

调味料:酒三大匙,酱油三大匙,糖一小匙,少许黑酱油,水适量。

做法:

1)鸡肉用热水汆烫过,洗净。

2)青苹果去皮,切块,用盐水浸。

3)用麻油用小火炒香姜片和蒜头。

4)放入鸡肉炒匀, 加入调味料焖煮至鸡肉熟透。

5)加入青苹果炒匀就可以。
