宫保酸甜鸡

材料:鸡腿肉切块,辣椒干,蒜头。

腌料:桔子汁,蚝油,酱油,绍兴酒。

做法:

1)将鸡肉用腌料腌至少半小时。

2)用少许油炒香蒜头和辣椒干,放入腌好的鸡肉炒匀。

3)加入适量的水,少许的黑酱油和一大匙糖焖煮至鸡肉熟透就可以了。
