红烧鱼尾

人家的是红烧鱼头,我用鱼尾巴来煮,就成了红烧鱼尾。

材料:鱼,烧肉,香菇,洋葱,蒜头,姜片。

做法:

1)鱼用油煎熟,捞起。

2)用少许油炒香蒜头和姜片,再加入洋葱,香菇和烧肉炒匀。

3)加入适量的水,蚝油,麻油,胡椒粉和少许糖调味。

4)用粟粉打芡淋在鱼上。
