南乳排骨

材料:排骨

腌料:一块南乳,一大匙南乳汁,蒜头,酱油,一大匙绍兴酒,糖,蚝油,半小匙五香粉,一小匙麻油,两大匙面粉,四大匙粟粉,一粒鸡蛋。

做法:

1)将排骨加入腌料拌匀,腌至少三个小时,再拿去炸熟就可以了。

    1. 当然可以啊。食谱里还加了一小匙苏打粉,芫茜碎和少许鸡精块下去腌(这些我都没有,所以没放)你可以试一试。
