芦笋香肠煎蛋

这是在小小米桶那里偷师而来的。。

材料:四粒鸡蛋,芦笋,香肠。

做法:

1)将鸡蛋打散,加入少许盐调味。

2)芦笋用滚水汆烫过,香肠切细条。

3)将一半的鸡蛋倒入平底锅里煎,将芦笋和香肠排在蛋液上,再放入剩余的鸡蛋煎至两面金黄色。

4)将煎好的鸡蛋切片就可以了。
