豆酱拌豆腐

材料:日本豆腐,小白菜,肉碎,蒜头,姜片。

做法:

1)日本豆腐切块,放入热油里煎至金黄色,捞起,放在盘里。

2)煮滚水,水里加入一小滴油,放入小白菜汆烫,捞起围在豆腐边。

3)用少许的油炒香蒜头,放入姜片和豆酱炒匀,加入肉碎和适量的水焖至肉熟透,放少许糖调味,捞起放在豆腐上。
