京都排骨

看到Dandelion 的京都排骨真让我口水直流,马上买了排骨来试煮,结果老公说像在吃酸梅一样,太酸了。

我是根据Dandelion 的食谱来煮的,但是有些材料我没有就没放啦。。

做法:

1)将排骨用蚝油,糖,麻油,一粒鸡蛋,二大匙面粉加一大匙粟粉腌。

2)用油将排骨炸熟。

3)我用了50ml 的白醋,两大匙急汁,五大匙番茄酱,五大匙酸梅酱,两大匙糖,一小匙五香粉和50ml的水煮滚,加入排骨和用粟粉打芡就可以了。
