红烧狮子头

我煮的可算是“爆炸”红烧狮子头,因为我把狮子头炸到面目全非了,但是还可以吃啦。

材料:肉碎,白菜。

做法:

1)肉碎加入蚝油,麻油,粟粉和胡椒粉,做成肉丸,放入热油里炸。

2)煮滚适量的水,加入蚝油,酱油,麻油和少许的黑酱油,放入白菜和炸好的肉丸,焖煮至白菜够软,用粟粉打芡就可以了。

这是食谱上的红烧狮子头。。
