糖醋鱼

材料:黑鲳鱼,黄梨,洋葱,番茄,灯笼椒(全部切丁)

酱汁:四大匙番茄酱,两大匙辣椒酱,两大匙酸梅酱,两大匙酸柑汁,一大匙糖,少许盐和适量的水。

做法:

1)黑鲳鱼用油煎熟捞起。

2)用少许油将黄梨,洋葱,番茄,灯笼椒炒匀,倒入酱汁煮至浓,用少许粟粉打芡淋在鱼上。
