洋葱煎肉扒

材料:梅肉切厚片,洋葱切丝。

腌料:一粒鸡蛋,一大匙急汁,一大匙蚝油,少许酱油,半大匙糖,两大匙粟粉。

汁料:水,两大匙急汁,三大匙番茄酱,一大匙辣椒酱,一大匙糖,少许盐。

做法:

1)用刀背将肉片拍松,加入腌料拌匀。

2)用油将肉扒煎至金黄色,捞起。

3)用少许油将洋葱丝炒软,加入汁料和煎好的肉扒煮至浓就可以了。
