煎苋菜糕

材料:苋菜,虾肉,面粉,粟粉。

做法:

1)煮滚锅里的水,将洗净的苋菜放入烫一烫,捞起,用刀把烫软的苋菜切细。

2)将适量的水加入面粉,一大匙的粟粉和少许盐搅拌成面糊。

3)将苋菜和虾肉放进面糊里拌匀。

4)将拌好的面糊用少许的油煎成一片片的苋菜糕,拿来沾辣椒酱吃。
