金沙香酥肉

材料:猪肉,切条,一粒鸡蛋,打散,蒜头,小辣椒,Nestum 麦片,压碎。

调味料:半粒鸡蛋,蚝油, 糖,胡椒粉,麻油,一大匙面粉和半大匙粟粉。

做法:

1)肉条加入调味料腌过,放入热油里煎至金黄色,捞起。

2)热少许油,加入蛋液炒匀,再加入蒜头和小辣椒炒至金黄色,捞起。

3)加入麦片小火炒香,加入(1)和〔2)炒匀。
