风流天子(STEAMED CHICKEN WITH PRESERVED SAUSAGE)

材料: 鸡腿,腊肠,姜丝,青葱丝。

调味料: 蚝油,酱油,绍兴酒,黑酱油,栗粉。

做法:

1)将全部材料和调味料拌匀,腌至少三十分钟。

2)煮滚蒸笼水,放进鸡肉大火蒸二十分钟就可以了。

注:食谱里有放咸鱼。
