西式洋葱鸡

材料:鸡腿,洋葱切丝,一粒鸡蛋。

调味料:一小匙糖,三大匙番茄酱,两大匙急汁(Worcestershire sauce),酱油。

做法:

1)鸡腿加入调味料拌匀。

2)大火蒸二十分钟。

3)洋葱丝加入蛋液,沾上栗粉,放入热油里炸至金黄色,捞起,铺在鸡腿上。

4)将蒸鸡的汁倒进锅里,用栗粉打芡淋在鸡腿上。
