蚝油纸包鸡(失败版)

1)将鸡肉用蚝油,酱油,姜汁,糖,麻油,绍兴酒和胡椒粉腌,加入姜丝和青葱段拌匀。

2)将鸡肉放进纸袋里,封好。

3)热油锅,下纸包鸡用大火炸两分钟,小火炸五分钟,再大火炸三分钟就可以。

4)不知怎么炸,结果一把纸包鸡放下去,就已经黑到面目全非了。又担心里面的鸡肉不够熟,就让它炸下去吧。

5) 炸出来的失败版纸包鸡,但它的味道还蛮不错的,只可惜炸到“毁容”了。
