招牌豆腐

材料:水豆腐一块,日本蛋豆腐一块,鱼胶,鸡蛋一粒,红萝卜碎和青葱粒。

做法:

1)将水豆腐和日本蛋豆腐磨碎,加入鱼胶,鸡蛋,红萝卜碎和青葱粒搅拌均匀。

2)加入少许盐,胡椒粉和鸡精块调味。

3)抹少许油在盘底,将拌好的材料放进盘里,用中火蒸二十分钟。

4)冷却后,切块,沾上栗粉用油煎成金黄色。
