上海叉烧

材料:梅肉切成条,蒜头,水。

调味料:酱油,蚝油,黑酱油,糖。

做法:

1)肉加入蒜头和调味料拌匀腌。

2)将水煮滚,放入肉条中火煮至汁干,再用小火煎至金黄就可以切片了。

注:我煮出来的叉烧切片后里面有点不熟,不知是否肉条太厚还是煮得不够久,不过那味道还蛮像卖的叉烧,很入味。(食谱里介绍是用花肉来煮的)
