咕噜肉

材料:肉,灯笼椒,番茄,黄梨,洋葱。

酱料:一大匙酸梅酱,三大匙番茄酱,一大匙辣椒酱,一大匙糖,半大匙白醋,适量的盐和水。

做法:

1)肉切半寸厚,用刀背拍至松,切粒,放入蚝油,麻油,酒, 鸡蛋和少许糖腌。

2)腌好的肉沾上干栗粉,放进油里煎熟,捞起 。

3)用少许油炒香灯笼椒,番茄,黄梨和洋葱,倒入酱料煮至浓。

4)加入煎好的肉拌匀就可以了。
