亚叁虾

这是小时候家里常吃的一道菜,妈妈通常用“软壳虾”来煮,吃时就连虾壳也吃下去。

做法非常简单,只需先把虾处理好,加入“阿叁哥”水,小辣椒,糖,酱油和黑酱油腌过。通常腌的时间越长,就比较入味,比较好吃。要吃时倒进锅里煎熟就可以了。
