香菇扒豆包

材料:豆包, 香菇浸软, 红萝卜, 小白菜, 蒜头。

做法:

1)小白菜烫熟备用。

2)豆包放进热油里煎至金黄色,捞起沥干油分,切块。

3)用油爆香蒜头,下香菇和红萝卜炒匀。

4)放入豆包,水,蚝油,少许糖,胡椒粉和麻油焖煮。

5)用薯粉打芡。
