奶香虾

材料:虾,白兰他, 咖喱叶, 小辣椒, 淡奶 (Evaporated Milk)。

调味料 :盐, 糖和一小匙咖喱粉。

做法:

1)用油把虾煎熟, 捞起沥干油分。

2)将白兰他放进锅里, 溶化后放入咖喱叶和小辣椒炒香。

3)加入淡奶和调味料煮滚。

4)将虾倒入大火炒匀就可以了。
