三菇烩豆腐

材料 :水豆腐,香菇,蘑菇,金针菇,蒜头。

调味料 :蚝油,酱油,糖,胡椒粉和麻油。

做法 :

1)水豆腐用火蒸七分钟。

2)用油炒香蒜头, 下香菇,蘑菇和金针菇炒匀。

3)加入适量的水和调味料,煮滚淋在蒸好的豆腐上。
