马铃薯炒肉

材料:马铃薯, 洋葱, 肉片。

做法:

1)马铃薯去皮切薄片,洋葱切丝,肉片用薯粉和酱油腌。

2)用油把马铃薯煎熟捞起。

3)用少许油炒软洋葱,下肉片炒,再加入煎熟的马铃薯。

4)放些水焖煮,加些蚝油和黑酱油。

5)用薯粉打芡。
