梅酱骨

材料:排骨

腌料 :蚝油, 一粒鸡蛋,一大匙栗粉,一大匙面粉。

汁料 :一粒水酸梅,   酸梅酱,糖,水(适量)。

做法:

1)排骨用腌料腌至少半个小时,用油煎熟捞起。

2)将汁料倒进锅里煮至浓, 加入排骨拌匀就可以了。
