腊味鸡

材料:鸡腿肉, 罐头蘑菇, 腊肠, 蒜头去皮(稍微拍扁)

调味料:酱油, 酒, 麻油, 蚝油和胡椒粉。

做法:

1)热油锅,爆香蒜头至金黄色, 加入鸡腿肉炒匀。

2)将腊肠, 蘑菇,水和调味料加入煮滚,转小火焖至鸡肉熟透就可以了。
