潮洲鱼粥

材料:鱼(我用鲳鱼, 也可以用鱼肉), 中国蒜子和青葱各一棵,姜片。

做法:

1)将鱼切块,放进油里煎熟。

2)用少许油炒香姜片和蒜子, 加入青葱和水。

3)水滚后放入煎好的鱼下去滚一下。

4)放些盐和蚝油调味。

5)淋在煮好的白饭上就可以了。
