炒杂菜

材料:青菜花, 甜豆, 红萝卜,灯笼椒,小玉粟蜀, 虾,鸡胸肉, 蒜头。

做法:

1)将青菜花, 甜豆, 红萝卜,灯笼椒和小玉粟蜀丢进滚水中烫一烫,捞起沥干。

2)用油把虾炒一下, 捞起。

3)炒香蒜头,下鸡胸肉和加入烫好的 1)  料和虾,放蚝油,快速兜炒和打芡就可以了。
